Meet your farmer.

Shaggy Coos is the most southern dairy farm in New England. It is female-ran in the small town of Easton, CT. Brittany owner/manager, has a background in agriculture and went to Delaware Valley University to study Large animal science.

Brittany went on to pursue her M.S. in Environmental Science. She has always had a passion for animals and enjoys interacting with them daily. She passes on her passion and remains very hands-on in the care and well being of our livestock. Brittany is also on the board of directors for Fairfield Farm Bureau. She enjoys working with local voag schools to promote ag in CT. She recently won the Alumni Achievement Award in Animal Science from Delaware Valley University.

She farms for the future and for her son, Kip.

ROSE

FARM MANAGER

Rose is our right hand woman! She also graduated from Del Val and heads up her own 4-H club. She is passionate and hard working and the perfect addition to our farm.

Livestock Environment

Our farm started with an idea to keep small scale dairy sustainable and local. Our animals on our farm are treated with respect and managed with sustainability in mind.

Our Own Cream Line Milk & Meat Products

We do not use hormones, artificial aids or antibiotics. We believe that food should be traceable to its origin. The effectiveness of these beliefs are clear in the quality of our milk and meat products.
